Welcome to Poderi delle Mura.
We are a family-run farm in Altamura (BA) in the heart of Alta Murgia, about 440 meters above sea level, managed with love and passion by spouses Cecilia and Vito.

The Generosity of the Earth: A Guide to Our Unique Wines
Murgia, with its sunny, cool and breezy climate, is our precious muse. These privileged conditions reduce the need for phytosanitary treatments to a minimum, allowing us to grow healthy grapes and obtain intense, fragrant wines thanks to the strong temperature variations between day and night.

A Manual and Careful Approach:
The harvest of the grapes is a special moment, carried out with care and dedication, harvesting manually in boxes of approximately 20 kg, preserving the freshness and integrity of the grapes themselves.

Our Mission:
Since 2003, our sole objective has been the protection of NATURE and TERRITORY through every phase of cultivation and winemaking. Biodiversity is at the heart of our work, as we firmly believe in respecting nature.

A Sustainable Approach:
We cultivate our vineyards without using chemical fertilizers , herbicides and pesticides . We are proud to use only copper and sulphur, in minimal doses, thus preserving the natural balance of our vineyards. Biodiversity is our strength, creating an environment in which animals, plants, fungi and microorganisms coexist in harmony, promoting well-being both for the vineyards and for us who work there.

Care of the Earth:
To preserve and enhance the purity of the grapes, we adopt practices such as green manure and spontaneous grassing, which develops between the rows, enriching the soil with organic substance and giving us natural spectacles of color and life every year. We are committed to creating wines that not only reflect our land, but convey the authentic essence of nature and the commitment we put into our work.
