Buy with complete peace of mind, if you change your mind you can return the bottles of wine to us.

How to make a return
Internet sales of our products are identified as distance contracts, therefore governed by Legislative Decree no. 206/05 (articles 50 to 68) which regulates the matter of distance contracts, i.e. carried out outside commercial premises.

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty.

To exercise this right, you will simply have to send "Poderi delle Mura" a written communication to this effect, and within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods also arrange for the shipment of the aforementioned purchased goods to the address indicated below.

The only condition and restriction we impose is that the bottle has not been uncorked and/or has tampering with the seal part of the opening.

How and where to ship the wine?

You can use the method most convenient for you to ship the wine (post, courier, etc.).

The wine must be sent to:

How long do I have to ship the wine?

The wine must be returned within 14 working days from the date of receipt.

What is the timeframe for reimbursement?

Once we have received the bottles of wine, we will immediately activate the refund procedures. The times will depend on the payment method you used. In any case they will not exceed 10 days.
